Something is different. Things do not feel the way they used to. You may not know how or why you are at this place, or something may have happened to damage your relationship. Either way, therapy can help. I work with couples to rekindle lost connections. I provide a safe place to be heard, and I give you the tools you need to really listen to your partner. My goal is to empower couples to take control of their relationship and determine its future.
I also provide pre-marital counseling. Through pre-marital counseling, you will learn how to effectively communicate, how to implement healthy habits that will sustain your marriage, and talk about everything that you NEED to talk about prior to marriage.
