We all want what is best for our families. Right now, something just is not working and you feel like maybe there is something more you can do. If you want more for your family. If you want to learn how to connect and communicate, therapy can help. I work with families in distress who are ready for a change. My goal in family therapy is to nurture change, improve communication, and understand familial roles and patterns. Together, we will mend broken relationships, with understanding and appreciation. I also have experience assisting families who have recently experienced a major life change or loss, such as a recent medical diagnosis.
