It happened again. Life got the upper-hand and you don't know how to move forward. You think you should have a handle on things, but you're still stressed. It doesn't have to be this hard. It might be a recent loss (marriage, job, loved one, etc.), a recent diagnosis, an unexpected trauma, or one of life's transitions (becoming a new parent, retiring, having an empty nest, etc.) If a recent life experience has left you lost and unsure how to move forward, I can help.
We will explore ways to move forward, and grow during these difficult times. In me, you will find a non-judgmental support, a genuine presence, and a source of healing and comfort. My clients have shared how comfortable and safe they feel in the therapy room, while also feeling confident in my ability to help. My approach to therapy is tailor made to your unique needs. Therapy is not one size fits all, and I recognize that. I take a person-centered approach, and together we will determine the best direction to take your therapy.
